Opened in May 2023 by La Vie Hotels & Resorts, NOOE sits on the island of Kunaavashi in the quiet Vaavu Atoll, about 65 km south of Malé. It is a relaxed four-star lifestyle resort of 72 villas: beach villas, most of them facing the sunset, and two-storey overwater villas with their own plunge pools.
It is the most accessible of the Rasgetheemu featured stays — a genuine island resort for couples and families, with a kids’ club, its own house reef and some of the country’s best-known channel diving close by.
About 25 minutes by seaplane (daylight only) or 60–75 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport. Both run on fixed schedules, so plan international flights around them.

Seasonal offers have included free shared speedboat transfers on longer stays.
